Catching up ...
managed a 2 pound loss this week. *Hoping* It had been at one pound yesterday morning at the gym and I'm a little afraid the second is water after being out sweating most of yesterday. The only thing is the eating was off with not being at places with great things to pick from. There was a lot of water which may have balanced it out. The festival was fun and the bands were good (of course I liked my son's the best ;-) ). The evening get together was very nice just wish people would plan in some healthier choices along with the so called goodies. Today is back to a regular day and it is so much cooler. Nice break. Off for a morning hike with this nice weather.

L shared a pulled chicken sandwich, raspberry italian ice and a lemonade shake up, then lots of water (at a festival)
D these chicken nuggets w/a sauce over them, a bread stick, ice tea (they only had even worse choices and a bunch of gulpy gopy salads)

mowing an hour (front) and other yard work
pool 60 min. (son wanted to go to the gym in the afternoon needs his Friday night open)
neighborhood walk (forgot to time it)
B banana and cantaloupe, ice tea
S asparagus, blackened chicken salad, ice tea
S cabbage crunch, meat sauce over slice of flaxseed bread, ice tea
2 hour mowing back and sides then some yard work (oh so hot)
