Here we go

Game back on, now to make it stick again.  
It has to, that is all there is to it.  

B slice of ww flaxseed bread, ice tea
S banana, ice tea
L tomato and onion, cabbage crunch, tuna steak, ice tea
S none
D broccoli carrot cauliflower and small hot and sweet peppers, 4 oz. sirloin steak w/onions, ice tea
S almonds, ice tea

track (speed walking) - 30 min.
weight machines (3 sets of reps each)
stationary bike - 20 min.
pool - 60 min.

Oh, the endurance and muscle tone goes fast.  Today pointed that out.  Just have to work through this again.  My son has joined the gym and he also went today.  We have agreed to keep each on this.  There is a goal for next March for both of us.  Hoping we are both happy in the end.
