Friday

Getting this in fast, storms today/tonight and the power keeps going in and out.


B banana, ice tea 
S none 
L none 
S 3 cheddar cheese cubes, 5 seven grain crackers, ice tea 
D garden salad, 3 chicken tenders, ice tea 
S strawberry slices ice tea 
___ 
had to get in mom's yard work before more storms in the morning/afternoon (so no walk or such, still really worked up a sweat it was so hot and humid) 
then one thing after another all evening and no gym (though my son made it in, show off ;-)  )

My Challenge ticker

My personal challenge starts 6/13/09.  
It is to get to, or as close to the goal as possible by next March.
I have stepped out of my comfort zone and signed up to chaperon a school trip the end of March 2010.  
So! do not want to go on this cruise in this shape.
