Sunny Saturday log

B slice of flaxseed bread, ice tea

L carrot and snow peas, 3 slices sirloin roast, ice tea

D one BBQ pork slider, some crab cake, sauteed veggies(broc, cauliflower, red peppers and carrot), raspberry lemonade(w/vodka) (also tried one gator tail, it was good, but fried, so why did I try it RRR)

(morning had chasing to be done so gym in the afternoon) 
track 30 min. 
weight machines (upper and lower 3 sets of reps each) 
stationary bike 30 min.

My Challenge ticker

My personal challenge starts 6/13/09.  
It is to get to, or as close to the goal as possible by next March.
I have stepped out of my comfort zone and signed up to chaperon a school trip the end of March 2010.  
So! do not want to go on this cruise in this shape.
