It is late night again and pretty tired. Somehow life and this house has to get back into a routine.

No gym but lots of yard work.
Tuesday
B - banana, cup of great grains pecan cereal w/1/2 cup skim milk, ice tea
S - none (doctor appt. went long)
L - 3 sauteed chicken tenders w/Italian herbs, green beans and carrots, ice tea
S - none
D - none
S - (after eight, son's choir concert this evening) melon melody - cantaloupe honey dew and watermelon, ice tea
Got in a 2 1/2 hr. hike. We (DH and myself) played hookie and enjoyed the beautiful afternoon.
