It was a beautiful Sunday. Full house and son had his garage band concert. It was a great time. No strong exercise this week but two pounds down.

Saturday
B - banana, ice tea (had to be up early and not very hungry)
S - none (ended up out longer than planned and did not take anything)
L - big garden salad, pickle spear, ice tea
S - cashews and 2 slices muenster cheese, ice tea
D - baked chicken breast w/basil and tomato, a little fettuccine ,spinach, ice tea
S - pumpkin muffin top, hot tea

Sunday
B - banana, slice of flaxseed bread w/almond butter, ice tea
S - none
L - carrots, cauliflower, 2 slices roast beef, ice tea
S - some dough balls (small pizza dough squares with pizza sauce they did not sit well later), ice tea
D - broccoli slaw, green beans w/almonds, salmon w/lemon, ice tea
S - apple, ice tea
