Becoming One With the Chair

Got tired of feeling like a lump in the chair and went looking for some thing doable.  Found chair dancing and some other chair routines but they had weight bearing which is not allowed yet.  These two below were good for getting started.  Have to watch some of the foot stuff, just make alterations.   The heart rate may not get into the zone but sure feels better than not doing them at all.  Had my son bring down the hand weights and bands.  Found some other stretches as well in chair yoga articles.  No more just moving at the knee and ankle circles, :-).

Hey, good for you for finding something to do within your capability while you're on the mend and not just vegging out. Very admirable!!!
I hope your foot is healing quickly and that you'll be up and at it soon!!!
