Working On Turning It Around

To weigh in or not to weigh in was the question.  Answer was why not.  Well the initial panic that followed might have been a reason.  Six pounds up in three days.  It sent the thoughts of gaining during this lack of movement period into overdrive.  Still working on worries and attitude.  To many conflicting thoughts.

“Patience is waiting. Not passively waiting. That is laziness. But to keep going when the going is hard and slow - that is patience.”

It's all good! We all gain a little this time of year. The temptation is just too much (for me at least). I gained 3 over Thanksgiving. However, so long as we are still focused - this too shall pass!! Those 6 will be gone in no time :)

Your body is healing itself & so I bet this is water for your body to use in repair. Really, I do.
Don't panic, Eat well. Move your upper body if you can. This is so temporary. You will be fine!!!

Over it (sort of :-) ). Thank you for putting up with the melt down. Determined to outwit the side of the brain which thinks the healthy weight is never going to be achieved again. To much time stuck sitting, busy would be better.

Once your foot heals you will be able to move around a lot better!! Give yourself time to heal. Just watch the sodium cause it will make you retain water.

Wow! I love your ending quote! I'm going to steal it if that's okay. Wonderful!
