Hi Marie, can't wait to see weigh in results for you. I have been looking over your menu and I really think you are not taking in enough calories. You work your butt off at the gym but your body does't wanna let go, starvation mode. Just count caloies for one day and see. I can help you, I have Master Cook and can tell you how many calories are in your homemade dishes.
You should be eating over 1,700 calories a day and burning 500.

Hi Chari,
Glad to report 3 pounds off with the changes. I did try to get some snacks in during the week. The trainer had commented that my lower body was strong so I needed to really up the weights to make it count. She also added more upper body work and had the weight more than I would have set for myself. She felt some of the cardio I was doing was not the best for burning exsisting fat. So changed to more of the other. Hoping this keeps working! I'll meet with her about every two weeks to see if it needs changes. I hate to eat more, because I'm trying to burn the exsisting internal fat (in organs, scans showed from other med. problem). Hoping the shorter more productive work targeting the present fat will bring the loss and hit the insides. But a day may come for counting as well. I still have a long way to go. I saw you are going good. Way to go.
