Well the plans have been put on hold for at least a day. Feeling pretty poor. No gym, or real exercise today, only did what had to be done. Tried to eat mild. Hoping to wake up and have things working happily in the morning.
You poor baby, I hate to be sick! I have been checking out your menu, breakfast is the most important meal and you don't eat much there. I am about to begin a new chapter in exercise other than walking 1 hour a day.
You do not need luck, you will do great! What are you adding? It is fun to hear what every one is doing. I've found that even the stuff I was not thrilled about or had a hard time with became better with little steps. The elliptical is a good example. Swore I'd never do it, it killed my thighs. But tried it again during this stale and now I really like it.
As for breakfast, I've never been much of a breakfast food person. Plus I have meds that make me wait an hour before eating in the morning. I also work out early and with my gastro stuff find it hard to do exercise with much on my stomach. That is why lunch is usually my biggest meal. And not many morning snacks because I'm at the gym and lunch is close. Thinking of trying to learn to like yogurt (never really liked it) and add it to breakfast. We will see how that goes.
