Going so fast, the days

Every day I think tomorrow I will get to posting earlier and actually write something. Then it is really late and I'm sore after a late workout at the gym and it goes for another day. HMMM, Need to get into a better pattern.

B banana, 2 slices turkey breast, ice tea
S almonds, ice tea
L cup beef veggie soup, broccoli, peppers and onions, 1/2 a chicken breast, ice tea 
S none 
D none 
S (late because of gym) 3 pickle spears, ice tea

(morning)
60 neighborhood walk
(evening)
30 min. stationary bike
upper body weight machines (3 sets of reps each)
15 min. elliptical (foot with P.F. started to really hurt so stopped)
60 min pool

HLV, I am just trying to get back to year one in action and mind set. Also stay there ;-).

Miz, it is funny but after all this time, no. I do not get famished. Most of the time I'm not all that hungry, ever. Not sure if it is from the change in foods or just that there is enough of me to burn off. This is even more so in the summer.

Tena, I do! Just do not want to be "the fat Mom" on the trip. It is my first vacation in nineteen years. (I remember because my oldest was one the last time) I have already had times of thinking I should not have signed on to the trip. The weight is coming off my son faster than for me. But then think no just get this done! The cruise is going to Nassua, Cococay and then the Keys.

I'm happy for you that you are going on the cruise. What fun! We have to start living our life now. Give it all you've got, but go and have fun regardless!
