Almost did not make it

To worn out and sore to think.  The day went so fast.  Shower and then sleep, that sounds good. 

B banana, slice ww flaxseed bread, ice tea 
S none
L cup chicken veggie soup, broccoli carrot and cauliflower, halibut, ice tea 
S none 
D none
S (late, after gym) another cup of chicken veggie soup, ice tea
 ____________________ 
(morning) 
60 min bike ride 
(evening)
30 min. stationary bike
weight machines (3 sets of reps each) 
30 min. track speed walking

Also mowed the grass and gardened this evening that is why the gym was so late.
