Trying to get on a schedule

Need to work on those doubts.

B - ice tea, banana, slice of flaxseed bread and 2 slices turkey breast
S - cherries (the end of them sadly), ice tea
L - chicken fajita salad, ice tea
S - almonds, ice tea
D - 3 oz. beef fillet marinated, sauteed peppers onion and garlic, snow peas,
ice tea
S - cantaloupe, ice tea

Did not get exercise in.  
Lots of house and yard work to get done.  My son is coming home from college tomorrow and my husbands parents are coming Thursday for the weekend.
