Here it goes again

Back to square ONE, starting today.  

B - ice tea, banana, slice flaxseed bread w/sauteed chicken breast chunks (leftover)
S - none
L - ice tea, sm. salad w/squeezed lemon, halibut, broccoli carrot and cauliflower steamed
S - 2 slices muenster cheese, ice tea
D - ice tea, turkey sloppy joe, green beans
S - cherries, ice tea

Fell so out of routine for a bit. Family is fine with that but it is not good. My body let's me know quick (if I pay attention).

My Challenge ticker

My personal challenge starts 6/13/09.  
It is to get to, or as close to the goal as possible by next March.
I have stepped out of my comfort zone and signed up to chaperon a school trip the end of March 2010.  
So! do not want to go on this cruise in this shape.
