What Doctors Orders?

Not much diet or exercise to talk about.   The doctor said  at least three more weeks until gym shoe on the foot and a least eighteen until weight bearing exercise again.  Thought maybe a little getting around would be all right, shoveled the porch and went to the store.  Not a good idea and paid the price, foot and legs (walking pretty funny pulls muscles).  Back to foot up.  While trying to keep from going a little crazy sitting/lying around I remembered we did some wall yoga in a class.  Decided to try some of them out (the ones that did not need the feet)  so far so good.  
Went looking for some other things and came up with this calendar alone the way,

That is so cute!

Well done for trying to find forms of exercise that you can do without putting weight on your foot. I'm sure that if you google it, you'll find loads of information. So what if it's not aerobic in nature right now... you're just keeping your muscles working and empowering yourself. Even Kegels are good!

Maybe swimming? Pilates floor work? I would def stay off the foot!! Hope you feel better!

Oh I'm dreaming of swimming/water aerobics! No water allowed yet. As soon as he gives it a green light, beeline to the pool. Water has a great stress relief for me as well as the exercise benefit. Tried some Pilates but the stronger work gets the foot really painful :-(. Keep checking it though.

The calendar is too funny! Hilarious & I can see why you'd want Santa to bring it to you.
You could do upper body weights, perhaps? High reps, light weight would give abit of an aerobic effect.
