Some Thoughts On Latest Changes

Today while working out on the track my mind kept drifting off onto thoughts of the stall and it's break as of late. I am very happy that things are moving again (this weigh in brought a new low finally, yeah!) but just not sure what really is at work. Over it's weeks there have been so many things tried with little result. With the past short term stalls things seemed to have effect quick after the tweak. This time if it was the last change it was slower and picked up steam a bit after starting it. A friend at the gym had the thought that the body had gone through a lot of changes and was taking a "breather" of sorts, now it was getting back online. So many stand by the numbers in numbers out, it just never seems to ever balance for me. One thing that seems to hold true is exercise is a big key. Not mild exercise either. Another friend at the gym was teasing me because of the intensity of the work today. But milder workouts do not seem to be very effective, have to push it to the edge. I have really increased the veggie intake, not sure if that had a hand in it. Just wish I could pin point the changing factor. But then again each time it seems to be something different. Just never want another long time stall. The biggest lesson has been to stick it out and not give up whatever comes along.

It's so nice here in Cleveland today, it's like spring has spring. It's all just a big tease.

Hi Chari,
Sounds like you got our yesterday's weather. It was beautiful! And it was a tease. Colder and rainy/icy today, suppose to get snow tonight but not yet so maybe they are wrong. It would be fine with me. Sort of sick of winter. People were crabby all around here today. Think they all wanted yesterday's weather back.

How is it going? My fingers are crossed hoping things keep moving.
