Bringing It To The Mat In The Morning

Did weigh in and waist measure today since the gym is closed tomorrow. Things were the same this week. This is going so painfully slow these days! Eating to plan, never hungry. Getting in serious workouts, sweating! ~ heart rate up! and always sore somewhere. Taking more fiber and water. Why can there not be better results. What is the missing piece? Others have so much more for results. Do not mind doing what it takes, just what else should be done? So much more to go. Will get through this BUT it was a bad day and people can be so cruel. Have to stop the spiraling feelings. Will go to sleep and wake up with a better day. Starting with the mat.

You might want to try a different approach. I signed up for the President's Challenge just to track my progress in physical activity. I am like you when it comes to the weight loss. It just seems to not budge at all. I have included the web site address to sign up.
