Was doing so good and then the guys decided to have a gaming pizza fest here tonight. Gave in to the pizza. Already it is not agreeing with me. Why does time help to ease the knowledge of this. Once again thinking I will not have it again. Off to try and work it off.

:-/ Well, there was no working it off. Spring Break is messing with pm work out. Have to really work the Pilates class and gym this morning.
