At Least Some Movement
Well was happy at weigh in even though only one pound off this week (waist the same). Back into the 2teens, finally. Would have liked more but sadly the evening cardio did not happen with a lot of stuff popping up and sick guys in the house. Tried to really stick to the food plan and work the intensity while exercising. Just lately the instructors have noticed the increase in over all flexiblity and added strength and endurance of core work. There is still a long way to go with the core strength/endurance but it had seemed like it was never going to improve. The legs, back and arms have shown increased ability much faster. Guess take it as it comes and keep at it.
