Fingers Crossed

Was happy with weigh in today but still have my fingers crossed that the bouncing numbers on the scale the last few weeks are finally going to get with the program and just head downward again. One pound away from being back to the lowest, now to keep it there. I think the instructors knowing the situation and making the work in the classes way beyond anything remotely close to a, I can do this zone, has helped. Even if the sight is less than graceful and the next days are tough moving, it may be working. What happened to just add a little time or intensity? Guess if it gets it going shut up and do it. Off to get the last (hopefully) of the leaves while the family is out.

Rie, I am so happy for you!
All you can do is just keep trying.
May re-think Yoga because of you.

2 pounds down yay!
I am having a hard time at night with snacking, I am hungry when I get home from work...have been over doing it. Need to find a good snack.

Found a new YOAD blogger today, she has similiar stats to you.

I'll see if she replies.

Have a good one..this week may be rough!

It's the Simon's Popcorn in the book. (popcorn kernels, cooking spray and you can use garlic salt or cinnamon... I use very little salt because of salt issue. Popped in microwaved, page 307)
My son usually eats a bunch of the batch (he puts a grated 3cheese asiago, parm and fontina, blend from Whole Foods on it). I agree the evening snack is the hardest. Don't usually want veggies then or fruit. I had been trying to keep carbs/starches in the first half of the day. But sometimes go ahead with them. I like nuts sometimes then because they have that crunch. A small cup of soup is good but no crunch, if that is what your looking for. Now that it is colder the warm works for me sometimes.

Hear you about this week, part of me just wants it over and the other thinks don't stress just enjoy it in between the crazies. We had family here this past week end. Go to my brother's Thanksgiving (have to bring dessert) and have DH's family here Sat. for their Thanks day. Don't think all the work outs are going to fit in, oh well.
