The Sunday weigh in was not good, a two pound gain, BUT it seems to be water related. It showed up this morning (weight had not been up yesterday morning). Fingers and feet quite puffy and as the day moved on it has gone way down. I'll check the scale in the morning. Salt is killer for me and we had to eat lunch out yesterday. The menu was mostly way off my food choices. Chose soup and side salad, the soup was good but think it was very salty. Not going to be down about it just hate to have to enter the gain. Hoping to make next week a bigger lose than the two from this week.
*Monday morning things better with rings, shoes and bra, oh salt.
