It was a day of one BIG stress after another. By tonight frustration and anger seemed stuck inside. It was past comfort food or cravings. Just knew it had to get out somehow, it was literally making me feel sick. Put in the 30 Day Shred (since it was in the plan already). Starting it up, the thought of beating the stress out seemed like a good option. Pushed through level 1, 2 and 3, ouch just determined to have power over something . Time for a nice long warm shower and comfy jammies. Leaving today day behind and looking forward to a better new day!
Oh and the running intervals are really lame at this point but going to stick it out and try to work them up. If that will be possible, time will tell.

I have had a lot of stess lately especially with finances. Too much stress can cause weight gain as well. Hang in there, I feel your pain.
