

Back to basics! Bring on a new week!!!

The gym was not as productive or as foot friendly as I wanted today. The bike was a big mistake! Going to try doing reformer at home and try small walks on track with floor core work in between tomorrow. Throw in some free weights as well. (Ok make that Wed., Tues day turned into family stuff)
The scale is at the point of "wire the jaw shut". Had said ten pounds was the limit. Some seems to be water weight. Very puffy and sweated a lot at the gym though it was a very light workout from the usual.
