Create It Inside and Send It Out

Blowing happiness and Photobucket
good things in the wind!
Tomorrow brings the weekend and wanting things just to be pleasant. It is not looking good for a loss this week though no more gains so far. Two days to go, so not totally impossible. Think the eating was good enough, not sure how low it needs to be with limited intense cardio. Really upped the veggies.

***THIS GOES WITH NEW ABOVE POST***
Can not get it to add to slideshow and have it work.

Can you tell I love the yard? Planning, working and then enjoying it is all good. Hard to believe there was hardly anything but weedy grass, a broken down shed and rusty swingset back when we moved in. Things are finally filling in. The recent rains and winds have taken the peonies but they were beautiful this year. The purple iris really perfumed the patio with their grape koolaide scent since filling out. The painted daisies were an additon this year and they are so striking even across the yard. Regret that there were no good photos of the poppies. They also took a beating in the storms. Still a lot more to come with the changing blooms.

I was going to ask you where you found the garden photos......awesome and I enjoyed them so much! I wish my backyard looked like something out of a magazine. Hang in there, things are going to be great! Glad to read and see how proud you are of the youngest! None of my kids can carry a tune unless they have a radio on.....LOL!!!!!

Oh glad you liked them. Just love working in the yard. I am a messy gardener though (never make it in a mag., ha). Like having flowers blooming and critters and things coming to visit. Was laughing the other day. There is a new family of squirrel in the front yard and the babies just came out of the nest. They were all over the fence and yard at full speed chasing each other. Mom in the tree nearby. Two kept coming over checking me out (sitting at borders edge weeding) then full speed running off and around. They are feeder pests but they can be cute.
I am like you kids, but not even with a radio! The guys got it from their grandmothers. Both good voices. Missed DH and myself. My oldest is very outgoing and always was ready for the stage (ham)but the younger shy. He would sing with the choir but not alone. He had signed up for the garage bands before all the stuff really hit. And he did not know there was a live performance involved. He was nervous but followed through, I am not sure I would have as a teen. He wants to study music in college. He plays the bass, all guitars, some piano and now wants to try the drums. I love his voice but he does not think it is that good. What does he know, :-).
How's the week going? Hope work things are slowing down.

Bummer of a week. Food has been so so and exercise has been non-existent. I did walk 3 days this week but life just keeps throwing crap in the way. Hey, I checked out Stacy (aka Fireball) myspace, and that girl has lost 93 pounds since January. I asked her how and she said counting calories, working out and walk, walk, walk. She looks almost too thin but fantastic.
