
What a week with the scale. I'll take what Sunday weigh in came in with. Three pounds down. Guess the body wants those meds. and liked the full out effort given to take the early week big gain off, plus some. Not quite as crazy about the really sore muscles all week but if that is what it takes, so be it.
The waist is being stubborn but the jeans are slipping on the hips, thighs and seat so something is shrinking. Going to try another week of all out and not intervals. Just think this body gets use to things. Intervals will probably come back around in time.
My working wish for next week is to get into the next lowest tens. It would be great to be close to getting out of the 200s by my birthday. But that is only a few weeks. Time will tell.
