Back On Track

Photobucket Day two and now 1/2 a pound down from the lowest. Just glad the added pounds came off fast, water or not. Sticking to NO gains over ten pounds. Hoping to make it a pound off by Sunday weigh in (or better, can always dream). Had a sub in yoga class and she was very nice but did things a little different. Having a hard time sitting down :-O, since. Maybe the class should have been memorized, it sure hit the backside and back of the thighs.

I have really tried to ramp up the effort on each element of the work out. The other day the trainer I have met with asked how it was going. Felt she was a little let down. Feel bad that I do not have better results to tell her. She mentioned that I had gotten good advice from all the people at the gym (trainers, teachers and nutritionist). I agree but even with it things are just slow going. Wish it was backsliding or cheating then it would be easier to just change it and get on with it. Maybe if warmer weather ever gets and stays here some added outside work will help. We are planning on getting mountain bikes and getting in rides this spring/summer. Have not done that in years.

Spring Break part two starts today... younger son is off now. He is in a great mood.
